why buying used heavy equipment rentals

Industry Help: buying used and new equipment

Buying used and new equipment comes with its set of advantages for contractors that have a stable stream of job sites and projects:

  • Lower cost: Used heavy equipment can save you a significant amount of money compared to buying new equipment. This is because the initial depreciation has already occurred, meaning you can get a high-quality machine for a fraction of the original price.
  • Reduced depreciation: Used equipment depreciates at a slower rate than new equipment. This means that you will retain more of the value of the machine over time.
  • Access to a wider selection: The used equipment market is much larger than the new equipment market. This means that you will have a wider selection of machines to choose from, including older models that may be more affordable.
  • Environmentally friendly: Buying used equipment helps to reduce waste and conserve resources.
  • Finding a hidden gem: You can often find great deals on used equipment if you are willing to do your research. There are many well-maintained used machines available at a fraction of the cost of new equipment.

Make sure to test the machines before you buy them and make questions about their state, functions, and warranty. Informed decisions are the best.
