Skyblack Rentals helps contractors who are challenged with tight construction deadlines and budgets to efficiently complete their parts of the project better than others. Because our machines, services, and support are highly reliable and cost-friendly, as proven by our growing fleet of 300% year after year; we are becoming Texas’ preferred equipment company.
You can quote machines through the website, email, phone, WhatsApp, or others. Our team will guide you through the paperwork once you confirm the quote and order the machine.
We offer discounts in a case-by-case basis?
We offer benefits to returning customers in a case-by-case basis.
If the damage is due to operator error, the client must pay for the damages. Otherwise, it’s on us, or the insurance.
We do, and all of our quotes include the delivery and pickup fees.
The rental rate is based on daily, weekly, and monthly fees. On top of that, we add delivery and pickup fees plus taxes.
Rentals have the following rates included in the quote and initial invoice:Â
- The rental rate (either daily, weekly, or monthly rates)
- The Rental Protection Plan (a 15% of the rental rate to cover fire, theft, flooding, and others. We don’t charge it if you provide a COI)
- The environmental rate (3% of the rental rate, but we don’t charge it on electric machines)
- Sales taxes (8.25% of the rental rate, unless you provide a tax-exempt form)
- Hauling (the rate of the pick-up and the rate of the delivery, which depends on machine weight and distance and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
- Processing fee (3.5% of the total after taxes, in case you’re paying with a credit or debit card).
Extra charges may appear on an invoice after the fact:Â
- Dry runs: the hauling charge if we can’t deliver or pick up the machine due to client error or miscommunication.
- Damages: the repair cost of operator misuse, in case we find it.
- Refueling: $8.5/gallon of refueling if you don’t return the machine with as much fuel as it had when you found it.
- Excess use: if you go above the rental period without properly communicating it to us, we charge the excess use with our daily rate.
